Nancy De Leon Link joined the Public Health Management Corporation and the National Nurse-Led Care Consortium in April 2008. She became NNCC’s Chief Operating Officer in September 2010 and Chief Executive Officer in October 2016. Her responsibilities include: development of new business, research and funding opportunities, program design and overseeing operations. Before coming to NNCC, she managed the region’s public health preparedness program for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Regional Task Force and PHMC.
Prior to PHMC and NNCC, Nancy gained 13 years of experience working at the Philadelphia Department of Public Health, including creating and running Philadelphia's Tobacco Control Program, a $4.4 million-dollar program with multiple service providers, She also served for three years as the director of Philadelphia's health center for the diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases. Nancy holds a Master of Government Administration degree from Fels Institute of Government, University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts from Vassar College.
