NNCC offers many programs that support nurse-led care.
Over the past fifteen years, NNCC has supported more than 45 AmeriCorps VISTAs in a variety of projects and settings. NNCC's AmeriCorps VISTAs have helped build sustainable projects that have improved the health and welfare of their communities.

Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) is a free and voluntary program that is dedicated to serving low-income first time mothers in all zip codes of Philadelphia County. The National Nurse-Led Care Consortium has implemented the NFP program in Philadelphia since 2001.

The Nursing-Legal Partnership is a unique collaboration between the National Nurse-Led Care Consortium and HELP:MLP. Our interdisciplinary team of lawyers and public health nurses works to ensure that pregnant women and new mothers have the opportunity to raise their children in safe, healthy homes, with uninterrupted health insurance coverage and other benefits.

The Pennsylvania Action Coalition (PA-AC) was established in 2011 to guide the implementation of the Institute of Medicine's (IOM) “The Future of Nursing: Leading Change, Advancing Health” report recommendations in the state.

The Safe and Healthy Homes Program works in partnership with several agencies in Philadelphia and Delaware counties. The program strives to reduce illness and injury caused by home health and safety hazards such as fire and fall hazards, asthma triggers, and lead.

NNCC has experience managing smoking cessation programs, including Be Free From Nicotine and Stay Quit, Get Fit. Both programs targeted low-income residents in Philadelphia and provided support networks and health education to help participants meet their goal of quitting smoking.
